Where We Ship We currently ship Australia-wide.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)
• Express: 1–4 business days (depending on your location)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over $100
• Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $100 (calculated at checkout)

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. We'll work with Australia Post to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
